Acceptance
By creating an account or subscribing on pwn.coffee, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Accounts are for one person — don't share access.
Subscription
A single subscription unlocks all courses while it's active. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are handled by Polar as merchant of record.
Refunds
If something isn't right, contact us and we'll work it out in line with the payment provider's policies.
Acceptable use
All course content is provided strictly for education and authorized security testing. You agree to use what you learn only on systems you own or have explicit permission to test. Using these techniques against systems without authorization is illegal and against these terms, and will result in loss of access.
Course content and IP
The courses, videos, and notes are owned by pwn.coffee. Your access is for personal learning only. You may not share, resell, re-upload, or redistribute the content in any form.

The content is provided as-is for educational purposes. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes, and we're not responsible for how you choose to apply what you learn.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, pwn.coffee is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, especially unauthorized use of the techniques taught.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
